MOLDS / SUPPLIES / GOODS

Silicone Mold Care:
Silicone molds can be cleaned carefully with regular packaging tape. Store your mold in a cool, dry environment in protective packaging away from other molds. Refrain from using a torch or flame directly on your silicone molds. 

Refrain From Damage: Use your preferential resin brand at your own risk. We are not responsible for molds that damage or get lost/stolen for any reason after they have been shipped or used. Read more in policies.

Supplies Care:
Supplies should be stored in the best organization capacity your space allows.

Cups, stickers and MORE GOODS:

Cup Care: Cups should be hand-washed only and never placed to soak in water or other liquid. Avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing on the outside of your cup.

Accessories & Keychains: These items should properly be stored or used with care for their protection. The best way to make any accessory or keychain last is to ensure it is not being used roughly or stored in compact spaces smushed into other items.

Stickers: Stickers we sell are primarily water resistant, most are waterproof - unless otherwise stated in their descriptions. It is not recommended to use our stickers outdoors or anywhere they can get soaked by liquid or faded by sun-damage.

Imported Plushies/Collectibles: These items include stuffed animals, collectibles and other imported goods from Japan. These were not made by Kawaii Tomodachii and are being sold as collectible-trades. Use these as you see fit and proceed with use of the items at your own discretion. We personally hand-wash our own plushies and gently wipe collectibles with lint free cloths but know not everyone may take this route to care for these items.

Itabags/Wallets: Itabags and wallets should be used with absolute care. It is not recommended to place these on public floors or counters to ensure the longevity of your bag or wallet's life. They are easily cleanable with lint free wipes. Should you accidentally get liquid on them, you may want to take it to a professional purse cleaner.

Pins: Pins are easily cleaned with lint-free cloths and should be stored in a dust free, dry and cool environment when not in use.
