POLICIES

1: No refunds or exchanges. (Limited refunds and exchanges in some cases) All sales are final except in circumstances we sent the wrong mold or a B-grade mold by accident. Sometimes an exchange or refund is accepted in understandable circumstances.

Typically, the only accepted refunds/exchanges are in the circumstance you were sent the wrong item. In this case, the label to send the item back to us and the label to send your exchange to you will be paid for by us. Please let us know if you need us to mail the label to you if you do not have the ability to print one. USPS offers at home pick up. International buyers: if you were sent the wrong mold or were sent a B-grade by accident, you may qualify for a refund. Molds with lines/ridges/scuffs are not considered B-Grades, as stated in our listings and FAQ section our molds are handmade and come from 3D printers and laser cutters. Simply glaze or dome your design with epoxy as usual for a flawless finish.

2: We are not responsible lost, stolen or damaged packages and there are no replacements for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We have no control over postal carriers and what happens to packages once they have left our office. We are not the postal service, but wish we had more control over these rare situations. Should you have a package lost, stolen or damaged you must open a claim with USPS. The link to do that is here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Once you have a claim number, feel free to email it to us at emmi@kawaiimolds.com so we can help keep track of your claim. We do suggest adding insurance on packages so USPS will cover the refund up to $100, especially if you live in a rural area. You can do that by selecting priority shipping at checkout, but USPS Ground Advantage does cover up to $100.

3: Cancellations are accepted within 48HRS of purchases only. Contact me if it's been slightly longer, if I have not poured your order yet - I will still process the cancelation. emmi@kawaiimolds.com

4: There are no refunds or exchanges on items bought on sale or items marked "FINAL SALE."

5: The "I didn't know" policy: The "I didn't know" policy is in regards to things you may not have known, read or expected and includes but is not limited to: disliking/not reading or looking at the mold size prior to receiving, disliking/not knowing the mold color, disliking/not knowing about glitter on back of/inside molds, not knowing a mold was a "shaker" mold or knowing what a "shaker" is and etc. These do not qualify for refunds or exchanges and we encourage you to read listings/look at listing photos thoroughly before ordering. Our molds are always poured in random colors we select the day we pour them and we can not take color requests due to high order volume, we often use glitters in the too. Sometimes there may be minor bubbles on the back but not in the design cavity or anywhere that will affect the mold's performance. Dimensions are also included in every listing and are approximate. Some older listings show the molds next to rulers and in a hand. In the instance you bought a shaker mold and do not understand why your demolded art looks the way it does or did not pour the backing to the shaker, please visit Google, Youtube, Instagram or Tiktok and search "resin shaker" or "shaker charm" so you can see what a shaker is and how it's meant to be used. Youtube has many shaker tutorials and our molds that are shakers will have shaker in the name or description. Please keep all of this in mind when ordering and leaving reviews that the info you need on the molds is typically already there for you to look at and/or read. 6: Processing time is typically 5-15 business days with most orders going out in 10 business days unless it is high peak sales time or you purchased items that have a lot of orders out for it. Some larger orders may take up to 20 days processing time during high peak sales times, but this is an extremely uncommon occurrence and usually only happens with extremely large orders or during times we get sick or in case of a natural disaster, etc. In this case you will be contacted if your order will take that long, but again, it is a very uncommon occurrence. The processing time means that after you place an order you can typically expect it to ship in 15 business days or less. We wish we had more hands to work quicker and we wish silicone did not take hours to cure, but we would rather pour love into completing your orders instead of rushing the process and have many orders to fill. We try our best to not make mistakes, so we do everything with love, care and focus. Thank you!

7: Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping carriers.
