Molds from 3D printers have lines/ridges. They are unavoidable. Simply glaze or dome your piece with epoxy and they disappear. :)

Typical processing time is 5-15 business days with some orders going out same day/week if the mold was already available. Molds are typically made to order and poured in large batches then sent through processes in these batches before shipping. DISCLAIMER: Use your preferential resin brand at your own risk. Some resin brands have been known in the artist community to cause more issues with silicones than others. Just because a resin is giving you fabulous results in your bezels, doesn’t mean it is the best choice for your molds. There is no one size fits all resin. Make sure the resin you use in my molds is a casting resin that can do deep castings. Some resins advertise as casting resins but are problematic in deeper castings. Every resin has its pros and cons which should be considered when choosing a resin. DISCLAIMER 2: Again, molds are handmade and come with small flaws. We appreciate your understanding and love you for it! Due to hand handling even at the most careful times fingerprints, light smudges or scratches can happen on products. In case of molds (excluding holographic molds) please glaze or dome your demolded design as normal and any ridges, lines or otherwise disappear. Some molds in the shop are molded from 3D prints and have unavoidable lines or ridges that disappear with a simple glaze or dome process that you'd typically do as a resin artist. Laser cut molds, while shinier and less ridged can also come with things like teeny pieces of silicone sticking out where the acrylic was glued together or stacked together or even very light scratches, smudges, scuffs that are perfectly normal when made from human hands. These lines, ridges or otherwise also disappear once your typical glazing/doming with epoxy process is met.

SILICONE MOLD CARE: Please store your Kawaii Tomodachii mold in a cool/dry/level place in protective packaging from other silicone molds. Due to temperatures in some climates it is not recommended that you ever place silicone on silicone to avoid it sticking together. Molds can be cleaned carefully with regular packaging tape to remove dust and debris. Mold release is not necessary but can be used in a Kawaii Tomodachii mold. Keep heat such as heat guns or lighters away from directly touching your mold.
